Once you enroll, you gain access to the program’s tools and support for a year. Program delivery varies, but you can usually expect more activities at the beginning to provide the education and support for getting started. Later, you will be focused on maintaining the healthy habits you've established. We strongly encourage participants to utilize the tools throughout the year.
